Retainer + Communication

A non-fundable retainer of 25% for orders over $200.00 (balance goes towards final payment) is due to reserve space in the press. The remaining balance is due prior to designing your piece. Please note that drop-offs will not be accepted unless the retainer has been paid.

For orders under $200.00, full payment will be due at the time of flower drop off.

If you do not reply to My Friend Kelly by phone or email within 21 days of the message regarding the design phase, your flowers and retainer are surrendered due to space limitations in the studio (two contact attempts will be made within the 21-day window).  Depending on the time of year, the piece may take up to 3-9 months to complete.

– For orders under $200.00, we will only accept a maximum of 10 stems.
– For orders between $150.00 and $500.00, we will only accept one full arrangement.
– Full memorial stands require a minimum order of $750.00.
– Full casket sprays require a minimum order of $2,000.

The 25% retainer towards your total order will be invoiced to you and due at the time of drop off.
