Retainer + Communication
A payment of $200.00 is due to reserve your date. This retainer is non-refundable and will go towards the final payment. Please note we will not begin pressing your florals until the retainer has been paid.
All white bouquets will be charged a $50.00 fee to cover color correcting methods that will be used during the design phase.
** Effective 2/1/2025, all unscheduled bridal drop offs are subject to a $50.00 late booking fee.
Things to Know
Bouquets older than 4 days may not be accepted due to quality concerns.
I am also more than happy to re-create your bouquet if it is damaged during your event or if shipping your bouquet is not an option.

If you do not reply to My Friend Kelly by phone or email within 21 days of the message regarding the design phase, your flowers and deposit are surrendered due to space limitations in my studio (two contact attempts will be made within the 21-day window). Depending on the time of year, the piece may take between 3-9 months to complete.
