A non-fundable deposit of 25% for orders over $200.00 (balance goes towards final payment) is due to reserve space in the press. We will send an invoice with deposit due once this form is received.

Orders under $200.00 will be invoiced for the total balance and payment will be due at the time of drop off. Thank you!

If outside of the Greater Baton Rouge area, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Local drop-off and pick-up will be at 5150 Government Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70806.
